Exclusive to Euroform, Pyrok cement bonded particle board reinforced with engineered wood filaments.
Available for a wide range of applications internally and externally where impact, fire, sound resistance is required.
Composition
The board is manufactured by a process whereby a mixture of cement and specially processed filaments of wood
are dispersed by a combination of advanced mechanical and aerodynamic processes.
This gives a uniformly graded product with no plans of weakness. It has, therefore, high strength, high modulus,
of elasticity and excellent internal bond strength.
Product Compliance
- Conforms to BS EN 633:1994 Cement-bonded particle board definition and classification
- Exceeds the performance requirements of BS EN 634-1:1995 Cement-bonded particle boards:
Specification Part 1: General requirements and those of Class 1 to BS EN 634-2: 1997, cement-bonded
particle boards: Specification Part 2: Requirements for OPC bonded particle boards for use in dry, humid
and exterior conditions.
Appearance
Pyrok is light green in colour with an excellent smooth finish on both sides. It can be easily decorated or left undecorated.
For applications requiring more accurate thickness tolerances such as laminating, veneering and flooring, calibrated
boards should be used. |
