Ufoil Leaflet

Ufoil BDA insulation comprises of polyethylene bubble which has aluminium to either one face or two faces.

There is also a choice of two types of bubble - single bubble or double:

2BD/A Foil to both sides With two layers of polyethylene bubble

1BD/A Foil to both sides With one layer of polyethylene bubble

1BD/A-1 Foil to one side With one layer of polyethylene bubble

Available in two specifications - Class '1' Surface Spread of Flame and Class '0' to Building Regulations.

Ufoil insulation works on the principles of reflecting upto 95% radiant heat.

Ufoil thermal performance is unaffected by moisture and condensation. Ufoil has a vapour resistance in excess of 500MNsg and will therefore provide significant resistance to the passage of water vapour, and would be considered a vapour control layer as defined in section 1 of BS5250:1989 (1995).

The Ufoil range offers a choice of 1BD/A, 2BD/A or 1BD/A-1 all can be offered in Class '1' or Class '0'. Depending upon the application and requirements Euroform can supply you their most suitable product and will help with U-Value Calculations and technical information.
