A. Panels are erected into position with overlaps to bottom and right. After fixing vertical overlaps are stapled. B. Where floor joists are greater than 250mm deep, a 337mm jointing strip is available and should be used with weather-lapping facing downwards. Wall ties are fixed along the stud’s lines
or anchor points as external brickwork /
leaf is raised. If anti-glare membrane is
provided this should be peeled away. |

A. The first layer of UFoil-VBF is stapled to the bottom of the sheathing board with an overlap of 300mm to lower edge and 150mm at the right hand side. The panel joins should have an overlap of 75mm, which should be weather-lapped over the lower layer. |
B. For stud positions, they can be marked with permanent ink. For Steel Stud applications secure the UFoil-VBF prior to the securing of fixing channels. | C. Around openings the membrane should be lapped inside or cut flush and stapled. | ||
