Versa FP 900 is a high quality calcium silicate board. It does not contain asbestos or other
inorganic fibres and is free from formaldehyde. It is a strong and light-weight non-combustible
building board for use in many fire resisting applications up to 240 minutes fire rating performance
to international standards including BS, EN, GB, and ISO. Versa FP 900 is made of special fire
resistance mineral materials. It is simple to work with and fix, easy to decorate, resistant to the
effects of moisture and will not rot and decay.
Versa FP 900 is off-white in colour and has a smooth sanded surface on one side and a slightly
textured reverse. It consists of fire rated minerals and calcium silicate matrix reinforced with selected
fibres and special fillers.
Apart from fire rating properties, Versa FP 900 is also an ideal building board for use in
constructions where there is a need for resistance to damp or high humidity. It contains no water
soluble additives and will not rot, degrade or deteriorate. Versa FP 900 is classified as non-combustible
when tested in accordance with BS 476 Part 4 and GB 8624 Grade A.
