New housing sites are using new technology on what looks like traditionally built housing. All the current regulations need to be met and with the pressures of meeting new standards and regulations, housebuilders are always sourcing and assessing new performance designed solutions.

Euroform Products Limited based in Warrington, have developed a new concept Pre-Fabricated Chimney, which is proving to be a major hit within the housebuilding industry.

The system has been developed using materials that have been certified to meet the BRE requirements. This range of Prefabricated Chimneys needs no special foundations, or major alterations to roof trusses and is delivered to site ready to install as a complete kit.

There are three basic types: Pitch – Ridge – Gable to choose from. The Chimneys can be matched to any brick or stone type, as it uses a real brick and stone to achieve the high quality finish. Also Render finish is available.

Euroform has a standard range to offer but can also work to any size or client specification.
