Application
Versaliner™JPM
Surface Filler is used for filling joints in the entire
interior area including domestic kitchens and bathrooms.
Possible misalignment of butt-jointed Versaliner™
JPM can be smoothed out with Versaliner JPM™ Surface
Filler. The filler can be spread out to nothing. Damage
in Versaliner™ JPM wall-, roof slope- and ceiling-
surfaces can be repaired beforehand with Versaliner™
JPM light joint filler. Versaliner™ JPM Surface
Filler has high adhesive strength and dries without
cracks caused by shrinkage.
Scope
of Application
- External
wall systems - internal wall systems - special walls
- ceiling and floor systems - roof systems
Working
with Versaliner™ JPM Surface Filler
The substrate must be dry, clean and free from separating
agents. Versaliner™ JPM Surface Filler is dispersed
in clean water, allowed to stand and stirred with a
stick to become lump free. For possible fine filling,
a thinner consistency is required. Versaliner™
JPM is primed within the joint area and if necessary
after stiffening of the filler finely filled. If required
it can be sanded after drying. In order to obtain particularly
smooth surfaces, the filler after hardening can be wetted
with a brush or sponge and the surface again finely
filled.
Covering
With all normal textured wallpapers. Follow the advice
in the Versaliner™ JPM system technical manual
regarding other coverings.
Note
in Particular
Use quickly after mixing. Stiff material can no longer
be used. If in doubt ask for advice concerning use,
substrate or application possibilities. Do not mix with
any foreign substances. In all other respects the stipulations
of DIN 18550 apply.
