Installation
 For
wall panels Versaliner JPM can be positioned vertical or horizontally,
all edges of panel must be supported by the structure. Stud
spacing is subject to thickness and is typically 400mm to
600mm maximums.
For ceiling application the support centres Should be at a
maximum of 400mm with all panel joints being supported by
the structure.
Working
& Fixing:
- Versaliner
JPM can be fixed using nails, screws or staples, also suitable
for in-line power fixing by suitable nail or staple. For
use on timber or steel stud sections.
- 10mm
Versaliner JPM should be fixed 15mm in from the edge with
fixings at 200 centres nominal and stud spacing at a maximum
of 600mm.
- Heads
of fasteners should be approximately 1-2mm below the surface
of the panel.
- Panels
are quick and easy to cut using conventional woodworking
tools but it is recommended to use TCT blades.
