Application Details
1.
As a Class '0' ceiling for fire rated constructions:
Timber
joists 400mm centres 45mm thick - Timber noggins to
any unsupported joints. Floor to be a minimum of 18mm
tongue & grooved chipboard. Mineral Fibre to cavity
for improved fire performance and acoustic performance.

For use as a Class '0' suspended ceiling when used in
a fire rated, exposed TEE system.

For high performance demountable ceiling systems - minimum
thickness 16mm - C.P.Board has been extensively
used where a high performance demountable system is
required. The surface of Versapanel® can be machined or have hardwood moulding applied to
it to create a wide range of effects. This construction
combines all the advantages of using a high performance
material:

Acoustic
Performance
Impact
Resistant
Moisture
Resistance

Versapanel® in a lay-in grid system or
fixed back to support structure.
