| 1. | Framework - 72mm 'U' section steel (Gyproc 70170) fixed at head, base and perimeter fixed at 300mm centres using Tapecon Anchors. Section 70mm steel studs (Gyproc 70170) friction fixed at 610mm centres between head and base tracks. |
| 2. | Board - 16mm C.P.Board fixed to studs, staggered joints each side, butt jointed. |
| 3. | Fillets - 75mm x 16mm C.P.Board strips on all external faces of channel and track. Fixed at 300mm centres with 32mm tek screws. |
| 4. | Insulation - 100mm (100kg/m3) staggered joints packed in-between studs. |
