Typical Examples Of Fire Rated Constructions Using Cement Bonded Particleboard

Metal Partitions

1. Framework -  48mm x 32mm galvanised steel studs at 610mm centres with top and bottom track.
2. Boarding - 10mm C.P.Board fixed at 300mm centres with 30mm No.8 steel screws.
3. Coverstrips - 10mm x 100mm C.P.Board strips fixed using 20mm x No.8 steel screws at 300mm centres. Fixed to board side faces of all studs.
4. Insulation - 25mm mineral fibre x 12kg/m3 packed in-between studs.
