Typical Examples Of Fire Rated Constructions Using Cement Bonded Particleboard

Metal Partitions

  1. Framework -  50mm x 32mm x 0.6mm galvanised steel channel studs at 610mm centres with head and base studs.
  2. Board - 12mm C.P.Board fixed each side of framework with staggered butt joints, fixings at 300mm centre using 35mmm tek screws.
  3. Fillets - 100mm x 12mm C.P.Board strips on all face of channel, fixed at 300mm centres with 35mm tek screws.
  4. Insulation - 50mm x 60kg/m3 packed in-between studs. Mineral fibre.
