Typical Examples Of Fire Rated Constructions Using Cement Bonded Particleboard Versapanel - Metal Partition - 90 minutes

Metal Partitions

1. Framework -  48mm x 55mm x 0.6mm galvanised steel channel studs at 610mm centres with head and base channel.
2. Board - 12mm C.P.Board fixed with 35mm tek screws at 300mm centres.
3. Fillets - 80mm x 12mm C.P.Board strips fixed to all exposed faces of stud at 300mm centres with 25mm tek screws.
4. Insulation - 75mm x 100kg/m3 packed in-between studs. Mineral fibre.

Overall Width: 103mm
