Typical Examples Of Fire Rated Constructions Using Cement Bonded Particleboard

Timber Partitions

1. Framework -70mm x 45mm softwood timber studs at 400mm centres perimeter fixing both to head, base and perimeter walls as required and board all joints.
2. Boarding - 12mm C.P.Board
3. Fillets - 16mm x 100mm C.P.Board strips fixed at 300mm centres. 46mm tek screws.
4. Insulation - 50mm mineral fibre x 60kg/m3 packed in-between studs.
